Blake turned heads at the “It Ends With Us” premiere in New York on Tuesday in a one-strap Versace dress worn by Britney herself.
The tribute to Britney comes on the heels of the news that her best-selling autobiography is set to be adapted into a biopic.
As we first reported…Britney Got the final say Who will play her in the film? That makes Blake’s fashion choice here even more interesting.
Before her big break, Britney wore the same costume at the Versace show in Milan, Italy in 2002.
Blake said Extra This dress means a lot to her because Britney represents love, beauty, youth, hard work, determination, strength, sexuality and sensitivity.
And, lo and behold…Blake says she knew she had to have the dress ever since it was released and has been wearing it for six months, waiting for the perfect time to pull it from her wardrobe.
Blake also mentioned Britney’s upcoming movie here… so, at least on the surface, she might be gunning for a role.
